Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds and exchanges are available for most products within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
- Personal care items, opened consumables, and customized items are not eligible unless faulty or delivered in error.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference and payment channel.
- Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts not due to our error.
